Can I substitute bread flour for all purpose flour in a cream sauce recipe?
I’m making a tuna noodle casserole that calls for flour – it gets mixed with milk to form a cream sauce for the casserole. I only have bread flour, not all-purpose. Can I use the bread flour?
I can go to the store if necessary but I’d prefer not to.

The only difference is bread flour has a bit more gluten in it which is not an issue with using it for a cream sauce.
