what is black and white athletic tape for?
I heard White tape is for:
-The white tape that you use to tape an ankle or wrist is cloth
But what is the Black tape for? is it the same or what?
Oh forgot to mentioned, i take MMA (mixed martial arts) classes… CORE (not kick boxing yet)
Same thing, just a different colour. You can get other colours as well. I like to use red tape ^^. It depends on what ma school your at though, because some schools might be strict about uniform and just limit you to black or white tape.
