How do I go about getting my Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control Plan approved by OSHA?
OSHA doesn’t approve anything. However, you can ask a voluntary compliance officer from your local OSHA office to review that your exposure control plan, or your entire safety program for compliance.
They will tell you if it meets the mimimum requirements of the standards but they will not approve or certify it.
