What should be in a good first aid kit for home or car?
I had to make a basic one for Emergency Procedures class. It has:
Bandaids
Roller Bandages
Gauze pads
CPR Mask
Bactine
Gloves
Asprine
Triple Antibiotic Ointment
Single Use Thermometers
Bandage Tape
Hydrocortizone Ointment
Scissors
Space Blanket
Instant Cold Compress
Flashlight
What else should be in there? What would you include if it was yours?
You should add the following to your kit:
Tweezers
Alcohol pads
Ace Bandage
Benadryl
Hand Sanitizer
Remember to check your expiration dates on the meds from time to time.
