otoplasty. ear bandage? ?
i had an otoplasty 1 month ago. For how long i have to wear the elastic bandage during the day hours? ( because i know that i have 2 wear it every night for 3 months..)
Immediately after the operation an extensive dressing looking somewhat like a turban is placed over the ears. This dressing will stay in place for 5 – 7 days. After removal of the dressing the patient must wear a headband day and night for the first week, and at night only for the following four weeks.
