Do you ever get pain at the bottom of your foot (or feet) after taking a walk?
I do a lot of walking and sometimes I find that one of my feet would get this terrible pain right in the middle (on the bottom) of my feet, and its unbearable to walk on. Is this a sign of foot problems?
Its perfectly normal to find your feet in pain after a long walk. however if the pain is abnormally severe this could be a sign of Plantar fasciitis. (sounds like fash-ee-eye-tis)

its a manageable condition. get some nice insoles to fit your feet perfectly.. my best advice? go see a doctor.
