Im currently doing the maple syrup diet?
I want to know if there is anything else i can drink other then the maple syrup drink as i don’t like it,i have to hold my nose and neck some and i can only drink about 3 glasses a day and i don’t like herbal tea.Is there any other kind of drink i can have accept from water?

maple syrup doesn’t have much nutritional value to it.
If your into juice diets you should buy a juicer and just make your own out of veggies and fruits..
