vaporizer help please!!?

im looking to buy a cheap but good vaporizer. here are two that i found and was wondering your opinion which is better:

Go for a digital, but avoid anything that has wood or aluminum, never get plastics hot. Do not get one that requires you to add a flame or uses a battery. If it uses a light bulb to heat it, can the bulb be replaced? If it uses screens, can they be replaced? Look at the design, can the bowl be removed and cleaned? Avoid a fan, it is an extra expense, buy a higher quality unit instead. Can the whip be cleaned or replaced?
Remember, you will not be coordinated when using this, can you use it when you are stoned? It will be quite hot, can you be burned if someone knocks it over? Clean bud (no seeds, no stems) should not be included in a vape. Save them for making a tincture (grind up finely what you don’t want to smoke, collect this until you have an oz of powder, place it in a coffee filter and let it soak in alcohol for 2 weeks, squeeze and re-soak w more weed. Keep this up until you have a nice green fluid. Drink. It will be strong!!! A lot of THC! It is a Green Dragon (don’t use roots in making any tincture!!!)
It’s used to treat pain, only a drop of this is used at one time (or mix it creamy peanut butter, stick it in the freezer).
