What are the best Air Jordans for knee support?
Between Air Jordan 1 – 2011 (you can throw Team Jordan shoes in if you feel that strongly they’re that good).
Shoes won’t help the knees at all… I mean I guess any high-top shoes support the ankle, which could also help the knee out.
But for proper knee support, you need knee braces, not a certain type of shoe.
