Can you cut a transdermal nicotine patch that is 21 mg in half if you know …?
That you don’t smoke more than 20 cigarettes but you smoke more than 10? I know that the dosage on a second step transdermal nicotine patch is 14 mg, but I know that a 21 mg patch may be more than my body can handle.
If that is not possible; Can I wear it during the day and take it off at night so that it isn’t delivering as much nicotine to my system?

Don’t cut the patch. Patches are made to release nicotine for 24 hours, if you cut it you may even receive more nicotine or none at all. When you cut a patch, you break the delivery system, and most patches are made with more drug because some will stay in the patch. I think you should try the 14mg and keep it 24hrs as directed. And congrats for thinking about stop smoking
