I snore. Like a BEAST! My wife’s 33DB earplugs don’t work, HELP!?
She uses NRR 33 db Earplugs from walmart, they seem to work the best, the “Quiet please!” brand, but they still don’t work well enough. I get kicked in the ribs, groin, back, wherever her foot lands, or her knee lands, lol, and I feel so bad for her. She can’t sleep! please! someone help her! Granted, I think I’m going to go deaf or something, but I never wake up at all. I was looking at custom fit ear plugs, and they all claim they can block up to 29db… but that’s not enough!
Maybe a hunter knows something about high db ear plugs? or a musician? or an audiologist?
Seperate bedrooms for sleeping or you get a CPAP machine from your dr after your sleep study tells you that you have sleep apnea. Then there will be no snoring at all.
