The third one is NBR sealing ring. It is made of the nitrile -butadiene rubber. It is the most popular and cheapest rubber seal element at present. It is applicable for the following media, such as hydraulic liquid, gas oil, water and silicon oil. However, it can not be used in the polar solvent. Generally speaking, the usage temperature is from -40 to 120 Celsius degrees.
The fourth one is the HNBR sealing ring. It has the excellent corrosion-proof property, tear-proof property and deformation-proof property. Meanwhile, it can resist the corrosion that is caused by the ozone, sunshine. Compared with the NBR sealing ring, it has the better wearing quality. On basis of the above-mentioned features, this sealing ring is widely used in the washing machinery, automobile engine and refrigerating system. The working temperature ranges from -40 to 150 Celsius degrees.
The fifth one is the SIL sealing ring. The main material is the silicon rubber. This sealing ring is famous for the following properties, such as heat resistance, cold resistance and ozone resistance. It can be widely applied in the household appliances. The household appliances include electric heater, electric iron and micro-wave oven. What’s more, this ring also is suitable for the kettle and water fountain.
