
Exercise for long duartions at a stretch or in short, frequent chunks?
I normally do a 22 mins, twice daily workout on my stepper (stair-climber). What if I do 7 minutes in a one go and repeat 6 times a day? Which program will help lose weight faster? Or burn more calories?
if you are going to exercise over a shorter period of time — but more frequently, maybe you should consider circuit training.
so maybe over a span of 10 minutes alternate between cardio ((60 sec intervals)) & resistance ((30 sec intervals))
i say only 30 seconds for resistence, because you should focus on using a slightly heavier weight & doing fewer repititions..
but if you want to still do the stair-climber for 7 minutes maybe first thing in the morning and right before bed, it wouldn’t hurt…
