Would skin lightening lotion help scars disappear or fade?

I have this skin lightening lotion from Proactive (which works on my face) but would it work on some light scars I have?
Not bleach, it’s by Proactive, it’s a little tube that says “Skin Lightening Lotion”

no it would just lighten the area of where the scar is try using baking soda and water gently rub for like 30 seconds i know it sounds weird but it work s like an antioxidant and it works for me..
