What do my sleep walking antics mean?
I have praised waste baskets, run all over my house, attempted to rip off sink heads, put my retainers in my shoes, turned on television’s, opened and closed window shades vigorously, rolled under my bed, etc. etc. etc.
What does it mean?
you need to find ways to relieve stress while your awake. do you run daily? maybe workout on a daily basis.
from what i understand sleep walkers do it as a result of stress.
