What are the best things to do for a good night sleep?
ive been having trouble sleeping for a while now, i just dont seem to get into deep / REM sleep anymore. i used to go to bed around 10 and get up at 6, now im going to bed at 9 and getting up at 530am to go to the gym, but for the last few months I just have not been able to get that deep sleep unless i sleep for 12 or 14 hours, and even then, im tired from over sleeping. ive taken OTC sleep aids, but they dont really help get that deep rest i need, and i also use breath-right strips to make sure im not snoring.
Im so tired of sleeping for 8 hours and just feeling like i havent slept at all. What is there to do, to help sleep and get up in the morning?
lets see… drink a lot of water… exercise more… and read more – it suppossed to make you more tired… listen to music or read be4 you go to sleep… that is just helped me!
