Stick Pads

are there any absorbent nursing pads that stick directly to the breast???

I know there are lily padz but they arent absorbent (just silicone) and alot of reviews I read are from women that have a lot of leakage (like me) and they say they overflow.

When I was breastfeeding I hated to wear a bra too. I searched and searched for some sort of absorbent pad that I could wear without a bra, but those LilyPadz were the only thing I could find. I actually tried them, and liked them so long as I didn’t wear them for long periods at a time (like overnight). If I wore them for too long my breasts would leak a little milk into the silicone cup making them fall off. When wet, they’re not very sticky and won’t stay put. During the day, however, if used for a short period of time, they’re awesome! You don’t have to wear a bra, they’re reusable/washable and they don’t show through your shirt like a lot of the absorbent pads do. If you’re looking for something to wear for longer periods at a time, I would simply recommend buying a “sleep bra”. Yes, it’s still a bra and I know you don’t want to wear one, but I didn’t either… and I found them to be SO very convenient when breastfeeding. There are no straps that fall off the shoulders, no clasps or hooks that can get uncomfortable and all you have to do is move the material aside when breastfeeding. You don’t have to worry about pulling down a flap or un-clipping anything with one hand. Sleep bras are lightweight cotton so your breasts can breathe and move. If you leak at night, like I did, you can use the regular absorbent breast pads inside of the sleep bra and it will be much better than wearing a nursing bra or going naked and leaking on your sheets!! Yuck! After trying several brands of breast pads, I found that the Lansinoh brand were my favorite. They were thin, very absorbent, fit well and the adhesive tabs seemed to stick better than others.
