How does tubular elastic bandage help people?
You know those bandages which you just slip your arm into.. not the ones which you wrap around and around.. but the ones where you can just put ur arm into.. like a sleeve. How are they meant to help you? Because they don’t seem to be doing much to a person with no knowledge of this stuff?

They provide a great deal of help. They provide compression and support for weak or hurt muscles, ligaments and tendons. They are a very effective part of the treatment for many injuries.
