Where can I get a saline wash or how to make it for severe allergies?
I have allergies really bad, and most pills, like Claritin, don’t work for me. I’ve heard of this saline wash thing, where you make a wash and pour it down one nostril and it comes out the other..Have you used it and does it work for really bad sinus pressure/stuffy nose? Also, where can I get the stuff or how do I make it? thanks
you can get saline nasal spray at walmart or any grocery store in the otc isle. you can use the store brand. don’t have to use name brand. i live in texas and i use walmart equate brand. works for me. now that you have your sinus open drink lots of water and when you sleep get you some brethe right strips. they really work. or they did for me.
