If your parent has a narrow air passageway, then it is likely that you will have the same narrow air pathway as well as your children,their children and so on and so forth will too. Men also have a much narrower air pathways than women which causes males to be more prone to snoring. Snoring is in the genes and it is hereditary. When air is inhaled and exhaled rapidly, it blocks the pathways which causes the throat’s tissues to vibrate and causes the snoring sound. Asthma, sinusitis, and colds are known causes snoring as well.
WHAT FOODS CAUSES US TO SNORE?
By eating more green vegetables, the less you are likely to develop a snoring problem. What are the foods that we can eat that will not motivate snoring problems? The less fat contained within foods then it is better for us to eat. Another eating related tip is do your best not to over eat especially at dinner time. Processed foods are also foods that you should stay away from.
TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT AND EATING HABITS TO AVOID SNORING
Be conscious of the amount of food that you eat. It is quite hard to calorie count and fat count everything that we eat these days but being vigilant and aware of the amount of food that you eat for each meal is very necessary in helping you to prevent snoring. Eating slowly can help you lessen your food intake. When you are watching television, you tend to eat more because you are focused more on the television show more than the foods that you are eating thus, your stomach does not digest in a regular manner since your mind is not focused on what you you are eating as a result of being are more focused on watching that idiot box.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERELY?
When using a nasal spray before bedtime, it will clear out all the particles that are likely to block your nasal passageway and cause you to snore severely so nasal spray usage can prevent you from nightly snoring. It’s normal have a few shots of brandy before bedtime but make sure that your number of shots are limited and try not to gulp down half of the bottle alone then go to sleep because this will not do you any good. To stop your snoring, if it is possible try to sleep on your side when you lie in bed and train yourself to sleep sideways rather than sleeping flat on your back because this will definitely lessen the chances of you to snore in your sleep. Losing weight not only help your body to feel lighter but it can diminish your snoring too.
